  • U11 Girls Futsal - Inspire Suffolk - 31st January 2019Well done to our Cedarwood girls football team who took part in the above event. We came across some really strong opposition but battled and never gave up with our goalkeeper pulling off some great saves. Team confidence grew throughout  the  afternoon with some excellent tackles and shots on target. Our resilience paid off with a well desrved goal in our final match. Mrs Bowman & Mrs Canham.
  • Basketball: On Tuesday 5th of February Year 6 basketball squad were part of an inter schools basketball tournament held at Inspire Suffolk. It was a fiercely fought competition with the winners guaranteed a place in the County Finals at the end of the month! Cedarwood stunned Kyson in the opening match with a convincing win. After winning all our group matches we progressed to the semi-finals facing a very strong Rose Hill team. With a fantastic win we earnt a well deserved place in the final. The final against Gorseland was a fast paced game with Cedarwood taking  an early lead. Gorseland came back into the game with some slick moves and several shots on target. This resulted in a well fought win for the opposition. Congratulations to our basketball squad on an impressive and entertaining afternoon of basketball. Thank you to our parents and grandparents for all your support. Mrs Bowman & Mrs Canham.
