  • Boat: Today we had the grand opening of our boat which is located in the playground, the children have been making great use of it during break times and lunch times. We invited Cathy and Colin, who very kindly donated the boat, to join us. Some of our pupils read the Owl and the Pussycat poem and we also had some children singing our song 'The Cedar Tree'. A big thank you to Miss Tout for all of her hard work painting the boat and photos will be added to our website soon.
  • Dinner Money: As we are now in the final term of the school year please can you ensure your child's dinner money account is up to date with payments. If you are unsure of the balance please contact the school office who will be happy to help.
  • Hamper Lists: These are now in school, please look out for them.
  • Penny Wars: This has got off to a great start! Foundation are a little behind though....if you would like to join in please pop to the middle area to find the jars.
  • Freezy Fridays: Ice lollies are on sale after school again today.
  • Netball Cup Match: On Thursday 23rd May our mixed Year 6 squad went to The Oaks Primary for our cup match .We knew it would be a tough match as our opponents had won the league title and also a place to go to the County Netball Finals. This didn't deter us, we fought hard to keep possession of the ball but unfortunately our opposition intercepted and were able to pass to their shooters who didn't miss a shot! We were delighted to score and held our heads high to the end. The result was 18 V 1 to The Oaks. Well done to our Year 6 Squad who have played some amazing netball through out the year with smiles on their faces and have thoroughly enjoyed the numerous matches and tournaments. A big thank you to the support from parents and grandparents and especially to Mrs Garnett who has given her time up to coach the squad. Mrs Canham
  • Netball After School Club: Just a reminder that the Year 5 netball club will continue on a Monday after school from 3:30pm - 4:15pm in the playground until Monday 15th July. If it is raining the session will be cancelled. It is open to Year 5 boys and girls. Mrs Canham & Mrs Garnett
